Each retreat reflects a different seasonal theme, offering practical workshops, time in nature, nourishing food and space to rest.

My day retreat offers a transformative experience designed to help individuals or groups reconnect with themselves, gain clarity and set meaningful goals. Throughout the day, participants engage in guided coaching sessions, reflective exercises and activities that encourage personal growth and well-being. Whether you’re looking to overcome obstacles, find balance or boost your confidence, the retreat provides a peaceful environment to gain insights, develop new strategies and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.​

You can attend one as a standalone day or return across the year as part of a seasonal rhythm. All are designed to be a beautiful entry point for anyone new to the series.

 

There’s no pressure to share, no expectation to arrive with clarity, just a supportive environment where you can show up as you are and leave feeling grounded, focused and restored.

RESET & REGROUP: Mind-full to Mindful

Reset & Regroup is about slowing down and creating space.

This retreat focuses on understanding the sources of stress in everyday life, how it shows up in the body and mind, and learning simple, practical ways to reset your nervous system and restore balance.

Through guided reflection and gentle exercises, you’ll explore:

What’s currently draining your energy

How stress patterns show up for you

Practical techniques to calm, reset, and refocus

How to create a more sustainable rhythm moving forward

This day is ideal if you’re feeling busy, stretched or mentally full and want to regroup without adding more to your to-do list.

ROOT & RESTORE: Strength Beneath the Surface

Root & Restore is a grounding day focused on foundations.

Using simple metaphors and reflective exercises, the workshop invites you to explore what has shaped you, what holds you steady, and how to restore energy from the inside out, not as a life audit, but as a way of seeing yourself more clearly.

​Later in the day, we gently explore the inner commentary that often appears when we’re under pressure, stepping outside our comfort zone, or being more visible, learning how to notice it without needing to fix or silence it.

RISE & RENEW: Choose What You Grow

Rise & Renew is a spring retreat about direction, intention, and growth.

This day focuses on how we choose where our energy goes and how to grow without burning out. Using practical frameworks and reflective tools, we explore what’s ready to be nurtured next, and what might need less attention.

A key theme of the day: A good gardener doesn’t try to grow everything at once.

How to stay within your circle of control

How to grow in a way that feels sustainable and aligned

This retreat is ideal if you’re ready for forward movement but want to do it with clarity rather than pressure.

REAP & REWARD: Where Effort Meets Ease

Reap & Reward is a celebratory, spacious retreat focused on integration, enjoyment and rhythm.

This day is about noticing what’s working, acknowledging effort, and creating space for rest, play, and satisfaction alongside ambition.
